Hassle-Free Returns
At Jean Hendrique, we want to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes clothes don’t quite fit or you change your mind. That’s why we offer a simple and convenient returns policy.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original tags.

Return Process

To start the return process, send us an email at info@jeanhendrique.co.uk or call us at +31640220535 with your order details, and we’ll send you the return form.

Pack the Items: Place the items you wish to return safely in the original packaging. Include the completed packing slip and the return form with the RAN clearly marked.

Ship the Package: Send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Who Pays for Returns?
Our Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item, damaged or defective product).

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs for other returns (e.g. size change or change of mind).

Refunds
Once we have received your returned items and verified that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The processing time for refunds can take up to 14 days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that:

Have been worn.

Have been washed.

Have been altered.

Have lost their original tags.
